The constant issue I see people having with scripture results to the realization that they have read and/or studied……but in pieces. But the Bible is not a handful of fortune cookies where you just try to make sense of a few lines. It is a consistent story. Every book is exactly that; a book.

If we want to have more understanding on the things of God [we first have to have His Holy Spirit, then] we have to KEEP READING. Chapters connect with chapters. Books connect with books. The Old Testament connects with the New.

This library of stories is His story.

In pointing out these things to the brethren, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, constantly nourished on the words of the faith and of the SOUND DOCTRINE which you have been following. [Titus 1:9]
